- Web Developer
Experience using PHP, MySQL, and Javascript to develop dynamic, content-driven websites. Proficiency in the use of Macromedia Dreamweaver MX, Fireworks MX and Adobe Photoshop Creative Suite. Must have comfort working in a UNIX environment with shell scripting, etc. Understanding of good user interface design principles and a good eye for visual design.

- Sr. Java Developer
A minimum of 5 years of software development experience in a web enabled business systems environment expert level J2EE programming is required. Strong relational database experience. Oracle, SQL or MySQL preferred. Development on UNIX. Development experience in a financial product environment is key. Knowledge of Derivative trading is a strong plus! Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be capable of working independently and as part of a team effort.
 
- Senior Project/Account Managers
5-15+ years progressive experience in the IT Industry, from a major consulting company and/or IT professional from the Financial Services, Insurance, Life Sciences, Telecom and Media/Publishing industries. Project Management and Account Management experience in Software and Systems Development, Delivery, Maintenance, Testing and Support. Oversee the successful delivery of multiple large, global projects through Project and Software Development Life Cycle processes and tools. Outsourcing engagement leadership experience, including delivery management, customer management and technical management. Experienced manager with strong people management skills. Experience in understanding high level business requirements and leading technical feasibility, scoping & estimating efforts. Understand the cost drivers of an outsourcing model. Supports development of new opportunities and has final review and approval of proposed technical solutions.
